I am Roger Tucker. In my campaign to preserve the American way of life, I
take advantage of this opportunity to become a candidate for the United States
Congress and represent the people in the Kansas 3rd District. I offer people the
needed change away from the business as usual political face of Congress, the same
face that for the past several decades has taken us away from our independence and
Constitution's laws. Together, we can stand up for America.
I also promote independence and liberty by promoting citizen involvement in the
Committee of Correspondence to influence Congress in the right direction. Those who
are willing to stand up for America for what is right need to stand strong and be united in
good organizations such as the Committee of Correspondence .
Who is Roger Tucker and his positions on issues?:
Born in Kansas City, Kansas, in the year 1939.
EDUCATION: Kansas City, Kansas, public schools plus electronics technical
schools and some college. Roger's education has served to qualify him to obtain his F.
C.C. 2nd Class Radio Telephone license and also his Master Electrician Contractor's
License from the city of Kansas City, Missouri. A good part of his training and
experience was received through 8 years active military duty in the U.S.A.F.
Serving active duty for 8 years in the United States Air Force into 1967 made
Roger a Vietnam era veteran. He served his country with a deep sense of patriotism
and pride, and he has always held his military oath to defend the U.S. Constitution
against all enemies as an oath to be honored with patriotism and lifelong commitment.
OCCUPATION: Presently retired. After his military service he worked as an
electrical contractor, then as an electrician and union member employed for 25 years in
the manufacturing industry at the Certain-Teed Corporation in Kansas City, Kansas.
IMMEDIATE FAMILY: Married to Judy Tucker. Between them, counting
stepchildren, they have a total of 9 children and 18 grandchildren. All children have
moved away and are on their own. It is because of his love for family that he wants to
serve to promote the good in society, so that the children will be able to benefit from
their great American heritage and also be able to have the right to find peace, liberty
and prosperity in their lives.
I am Roger Tucker, candidate to be elected to serve as the people's representative
in the U.S. House of Representatives. I am not a smooth talker like so many in
Congress who have led us into our present economic and constitutional crisis with a
national debt of over $10 trillion and expanding at an average rate of $1.67 billion every
day over the past year. However, I do know the values of independence and liberty that
belong to this country and the people that I love.
I understand what is happening in our country in the tearing down of our national
independence with the down-sizing and loss of our nation's industrial jobs which
includes the loss of manufacturing and domestic energy production.
We need to promote the development of cleaner energy but, we cannot wait the
estimated 40 years to do it because of the oil our American society has become
dependent on. We need, now, the proper development and use of our abundant
resources such as the sources of domestic oil that we know are within the boundaries
of our country. With the crisis of our national debt, the falling value of our dollar and our
loss of manufacturing jobs, we cannot afford foreign oil at over $100 a barrel and our
gasoline at $3 and $4 a gallon.
I understand what made America great and prosperous. Our nation became the
envy of the world through the benefit of our people having great respect and celebration
for our laws of liberty and through having free trade between our 50 equal sovereign
states, all of which were equally protected under the laws of liberty of our United States
Constitution. This equality in liberty enabled the creation of the prosperous middle class
American economy that is now being lost because of our foreign free trade policy.
This corrupt free trade policy is promoted by international corporations. Corrupt,
greedy people in their corporations have been promoting free trade agreements with
other countries so that they can exploit oppressed people in foreign nations for the
benefit of cheaper product production. If the foreign people in their factories had the
benefit of being protected in their rights as under the laws of our Constitution, then free
trade could benefit an expanding middle class economy in other countries along with
that within our states.
The way it is now, corporations are able to satisfy unbridled greed for profits at the
expense of oppressed people. As some have defined it, it is a race to the bottom for
our disappearing middle class economy.
When elected I will work for the following priorities:
1 - To promote trade agreements that will correct the problems seen in such trade
agreements as NAFTA and CAFTA that have created international business
operations profits at the expense of our manufacturing jobs being lost to foreign
workers through the business exploitation of the degraded human rights conditions
under which the foreign workers work.
2 - To make America independent again by promoting the proper toxic free use of our
abundant resources for manufacturing and energy production.
3 - To ensure the most trusted voting system by legislating that elections nation-wide
must use verifiable paper trail ballot system.
4 - To protect the lives of our troops and bring most of them home for the most
important role of protecting our nation and our constitutionally protected rights from
outside invasion from armies, terrorists, all illegal immigrants and even those who might
be hard criminals who are crossing our borders by the hundreds and thousands to
terrorize our citizens and overwhelm our tax supported services.
5 - To secure our borders immediately to prevent our country from being further overrun
with illegal immigrants, criminals and terrorists.
Illegal immigrants who are now here should be deported when being caught
breaking our laws. If their crime is very serious, such as being worthy of the death
sentence, they should pay here for their crime. Even without being caught breaking our
laws, they should always be offered free transportation back to their own country where
they are a legal resident.
One qualification for citizenship for legal immigrants should be to have an
understanding of the English language. They should have no rights to vote until then.
I love the good people here who are immigrants, especially those who have
applied for US citizenship as they should according to the laws upon which the welfare
of our American society depends.
I dislike the policies that have resulted in over 20 million illegal immigrants invading
our country to reap the benefits of our system of law and opportunity and of what
remains of our disappearing middle class economy. Those policies are the NAFTA
type free trade agreements created by the same fuzzy thinking kind of politicians who
turned over our money system to the private, foreign interest, Federal Reserve Bank.
The result of those policies is the degradation of our national independence in favor of
corrupt free trade agreements that promote international law that favors the rights of
global corporations at the expense of the will of the majority of both our people who
suffer economically from the loss our domestic industry and the oppressed people of
other nations who produce the corporate products. Some call this growing corruption a
New World Order that will be good for business and world peace.
As I have said many times, those corrupt free trade agreements have not meant
free trade between people who are all equally protected in their rights as the American
people are under our Constitution's laws. Those free trade agreements undermine our
Constitution's laws of liberty by promoting corporate profits at the expense of
oppressed people. We the people in the USA then see the loss of the factories and
jobs upon which our economy and independence depend.
We are now seeing the fruits of all this corruption including the irresponsible
creation of such a huge national debt that under the present rate of Government
spending, the present income tax system that America's tax payers are saddled with
will never be able to pay enough taxes to prevent the collapse of our nation's dollar and
with it, our society's way of life. In other words, the biggest promises most politicians
make in their elections are financially unsustainable with the present rate of national
debt increase. For proof see http://www.pgpf.org/ .
Questions from Voters
* Are you Pro-Life?
Yes, and I support the We the People Act to remove federal involvement into what is
better left to individual states issues.
I also believe that marriage is meant to be only between male and female.
Again, I am against federal courts getting involved in issues that would be
better left to the states.
Because of the recent history of activist federal judges that have caused
such controversy, division and expense in many law suits among Americans
that would be better left out of the hands of our Federal courts to get involved
in, I support H.R.300, the We The People Act of 2007.

Stand With Other Patriots Who Promote American Unity
Through Committee of Correspondence Action
Raising The Standard Of American Politics
Dear Fellow American,
Independent and 3rd party candidates are receiving much support from people
who recognize that our nation's political standards have become corrupted.
Americans were warned of major corruption in President Eisenhower's Farewell
Address to the Nation. In the following words from that January 17, 1961 speech,
President Eisenhower warned of an un-American agenda promoted by special
interest individuals and groups. He said:
“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of
unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex.
The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.”
“We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or
democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and
knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and
military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security
and liberty may prosper together.”
“The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment,
project allocations, and the power of money is ever present - and is gravely to be
regarded.”
“Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we
must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself
become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”
President Eisenhower saw the threat to our liberties from the military-industrial
complex. We have too many such complexes such as the pharmaceutical-industrial
complex, all having connections through their respective corporate ties to the same
sources of controlling influence, each achieving its degree of corruption through the
power of greed or need for whatever money can buy. We invite all Americans to
recognize this problem and join in the campaign to promote greater public unity
against such complexes.
Join with other concerned Americans in the Committee of Correspondence at the
http://usiap.org/CofC/CofC.htm web site. Join to help raise the voice of a united
people who will be able to properly influence the actions of our U. S. Congress. Join
to oppose those who ignore the laws of our Constitution because they choose to
accept the money and rights of corporations over the rights of the people while they
also choose to have little or no trust in God to manage the affairs and populations of a
world that lacks the wisdom to manage its affairs by the Ten Commandments.
Stand up America. Stand up and promote the cause of American patriotism.
Stand up in patriotic pride for our independence and laws of liberty. Stand up in
Committees of Correspondence to campaign and petition for right and for following
our Constitution's laws.
To promote an American future based upon our great American Founding
Documents that any freedom loving American would expect, support the election of
candidates who stand for preserving American independence and liberty. Support
the election of candidates who stand for continuing our American heritage of a
people who have promoted America as one nation under God, united by the voice of
a people who honor liberty as confirmed by the laws of the Constitution.
As America's Founding Fathers felt need to express faith in God, should we do
less?
“We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they
are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” In this expression of
the American faith, we can see God's handiwork in America's establishment.
We also see God's handiwork as far as man can see in the stars above. Their
number and distance strain man's ability to comprehend.
Through instruments of science, man looks in upon himself and his environment in
God's creation and finds a marvelous tapestry of interchangeable mass and energy.
Through the law of E=MC², man has harnessed this relationship to create blinding
heat.
The word of God tells us that we should not put our trust in man or in the arm of
flesh. In like manor, neither should we put our faith in the laws of science that learned
men of this world rely on, except as those laws are agreeable with the will of God.
The will and word of God is the law upon which all creation exists. By His law, He
walked on water. By His law, He fed over five thousand people from five loaves and
two fishes. Fragments that remained from this feast filled twelve baskets. By His law,
comes our resurrection and judgment.
